Hollywood: Home With a Rooftop Views
Updated: Oct 8
Okayyy! I found a place in Hollywood. 🤩
And I have to admit—whenever I walk into a home I really love, I apparently do a little happy jig. 😂 This Hollywood property definitely earned one.
What initially caught my attention was the combination of the home's design, the location, and then—that rooftop deck.
Because there's something about seeing the Hollywood Sign from your own rooftop that makes Los Angeles feel a little cinematic.
The Rooftop Was the Moment
Let's be honest: the rooftop deck completely won me over. A private outdoor space with views toward the Hollywood Sign is one of those features that immediately changes how you imagine yourself living in a home.
Morning coffee.
Friends over for drinks.
A sunset after work.
A weekend gathering.
Or just stepping outside for a few minutes and remembering that you live in Los Angeles.
It's not just another room.
It's part of the lifestyle.
Could You See Yourself Living Here?
That's always the question I find myself asking when I tour a property.
Not just:
“Is this a beautiful house?”
But:
“Could I actually see myself living here?”
Where would you have your morning coffee?
Where would you entertain?
What would your weekends look like?
Would you actually use that rooftop?
And perhaps most importantly:
Does this home fit the way you want to live in Los Angeles?
Because the right property isn't necessarily the one with the longest list of features.
It's the one where you can picture your life happening.
The LA Homes
This property is part of The LA Homes, a Finding Places by Nicole series where I tour homes across Los Angeles and look beyond the listing photos to explore what it might actually feel like to live there.
I'm interested in the details that make a property memorable—from architecture and outdoor spaces to views, neighborhood context, and those little moments that make you fall in love with a home.
Sometimes it's a kitchen.
Sometimes it's a backyard.
And sometimes it's a rooftop with a view of the Hollywood Sign.

And if you were walking onto this rooftop for the first time...
Would you do a little happy jig too? 😂
