Accessibility Statement

Our Accessibility Goal

We are continually working to improve the usability and accessibility of this website. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, currently WCAG 2.2 Level AA, as guidance for these efforts.

Accessibility is an ongoing process. Although we strive to make the website accessible, we do not claim that every page, feature or piece of content currently conforms fully to every accessibility standard.

Accessibility Measures

As part of our continuing efforts, we aim to:

• Use clear headings and logical page structures

• Provide descriptive alternative text for meaningful images

• Maintain readable text and sufficient color contrast

• Support keyboard navigation where possible

• Use descriptive link and button labels

• Label website forms clearly

• Avoid unnecessary flashing or disruptive motion

• Provide captions or text alternatives for video content when appropriate

• Review the website using Wix accessibility tools and manual checks

Third-Party Content

Some pages may contain content, embedded media or links provided by third parties, including video, mapping, property-search or social-media platforms. We may not control the accessibility features of those external services, but we welcome reports of barriers encountered while accessing them through our website.

Need Assistance?

If you experience difficulty using this website, accessing information or submitting a form, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to provide the information or service through an accessible alternative.

Ongoing Improvements

Finding Places by Nicole reviews and updates website content as the site develops. Because accessibility standards, technology and content change over time, we will continue evaluating the website and addressing identified barriers where reasonably possible.
