Where It Started
As far back as I can remember, I loved visiting open houses with my mom to see the new homes being built around Charlotte. The smell of new construction, the staged rooms, and the possibilities always got me excited. Even when we weren’t house hunting, I’d explore the back streets to see what was going up and how neighborhoods were changing.

Only recently did I realize I’d helped find my mom’s first home. I discovered a neighborhood I thought she’d love, and it became home for our family. Watching the community grow and seeing her build equity over time helped me appreciate how meaningful finding the right place can be.
 
Finding My Place in California
After studying abroad in Lyon, France, and graduating from college, I was ready to explore somewhere new. In 2016, I moved from Charlotte to California, settling first in the Bay Area.
There, I launched Urbane Luggage, a hemp travel brand focused on sustainable materials and U.S. production. Building the business brought me to Los Angeles to meet makers and source fabrics. Eventually, I made LA home.

Relocating taught me how much goes into finding your place: learning the neighborhoods, meeting people, building a routine, and discovering where you feel like yourself. That experience helped inspire me to become a REALTOR® and create Finding Places by Nicole.

Helping You Find Yours
Today, I help people buy, sell, and rent homes in Los Angeles through Keller Williams Los Feliz. I’m a certified First-Time Buyer Specialist and have completed certification training in real estate negotiation. Alongside 15 years of marketing and brand strategy experience, I bring clear guidance, thoughtful advocacy, and the same curiosity that first drew me to open houses.

For buyers, I help make sense of the home, the neighborhood, and the numbers. For sellers, I bring thoughtful marketing and presentation to their next chapter. For renters, I help turn a list of preferences into a focused search that considers their budget and everyday life.
